The incumbent will be responsible to provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting, and maintenance of trees, shrubs, ground covers, and turf grasses on campus. Grow potted plants & nursery stock and maintain records on the growing operations. Train and supervise staff in techniques of planting ornamental plants.

The incumbent will be responsible for an effective inventory management of spares, consumables and capital assets. S/he will also be accountable to review planned, preventive and corrective maintenance; inspection of activities to reduce cost and ensure optimum utilization of resources. Manager mechanical, HVAC and plumbing activities.

Intermediate with PTC minimum 2nd Class (having Sindhi as compulsory subject in Matric & Intermediate)

Qualification: MBA/ MPA/ MHM / MPH.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years experience of managing Diagnostic Services of a reputable healthcare setup.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal & computer skills.

Experience: minimum, 7 years of post qualification experience (including 3 years at a senior management position) preferably in a reputable Healthcare setup.
Knowledge: excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, costing with strong analytical, leadership & interpersonal skills. ERP experience will be added advantage.

Qualification: MBA or equivalent
Experience: at least 5 years working in training & education environment
Skills: excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English. A Good level of IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
