Job Description:
Lead, manage, motivate and develop the Regional Sales Force ensuring the successful execution of Business Unit Sales strategies and plans at Regional level.

Export Sales Manager – Based at Rawalpindi with well aware about export process.
Institutional Sales Manager – Based at Rawalpindi/Karachi/Lahore.
Institutional Sales Executive – Based at Rawalpindi/Karachi/Lahore.

    MBA – Marketing having 2-3 years of experience of direct sales of real estabe. Customer care / customer handling experience would be an advantage.
    Smart and presentable with strong communication. Negotiation and selling skills.

Zonal Sales Manager – Based for Karachi, Lahore & Rawalpindi.
Factory Manager – Based at Rawalpindi having degree in mechanical Engineering or in dies and mould with 5-7 years’ experience to run factory independently.
Export Sales Manager – Based at Rawalpindi with well aware about export process.
Institutional Sales Manager – Based at Rawalpindi/Karachi/Lahore.
Institutional Sales Executive – Based at Rawalpindi/Karachi/Lahore.

• Hold at least a Bachelors Degree; MBA will be given preference
• Have minimum 4 years of work experience in Backend Operations Sales Support. Fresh graduates with strong academic background may also apply

• Oversee Franchise Sales targets and ensure targets are achieved on monthly basis.
• Meet the regional Sales targets along with all KPIs.
• Coordinate and follow up with franchise teams about essential day to day tasks.
