The position reports to the Director Finance (DF) and leads the financial performance of the company, ensuring the necessary financial service and resources to achieve the current and future business objectives, including its international operations.
    Responsibilities also include the implementation, management and control of all finance and accounts related activities. This includes all accounting operations of the company.

01.  Preparation of working as well as structural designs for the civil work to be carried out in the project as per provision of PC-1 Scheme.
02.  Visiting the site at least two times a week or eight times a month and to submit monthly progress reports.
03.  Supervision of the Civil (Building) works including fixing of Chain Link Fence as per specifications.
04.  Preparation of BOQ’s (Bill of Quantities) and recommendations of payments for fully or partly completed words after physical verification of site.

12 years experience, out of which 5 to 7 years experience of managing, organizing and directing IT Operations. Good knowledge of business Processes, management budgeting and business office operations. Substantial exposure to data processing hardware platforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.

Graduate Finance qualification will be preferred. Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel and other software tools for general office. Possess good communication, drafting and interpersonal skills. 3to 5 years working experience in the similar position would be given preference.

MS / Bachelor degree in Telecommunication / Electrical / Electronics Engineering / MBA / CA / CMA from HEC recognized University / Institute or a retired Federal Government officer in BS-21 or an equivalent officer of PTCL Higher qualification like Ph.D degree in the above areas will be preferable.
