United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Pakistan is soliciting applications for the following positions:

    Financial Analyst-Karachi Office
    AID Project Management Specialist (Agriculture)-Karachi Office

Experience: minimum, 7 years of post qualification experience (including 3 years at a senior management position) preferably in a reputable Healthcare setup.
Knowledge: excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, costing with strong analytical, leadership & interpersonal skills. ERP experience will be added advantage.

Master’s Degree preferably MBA (Finance) / B.Com from HEC recognized university. Candidates should have minimum 5 years Audit and Accounts experience.

Qualification: CA/ACMA, CA Finalist can also apply
Experience: 5-7 years experience in well-known organization

Duties & Responsibilities
Managing financial accounting monitoring, reporting systems, budgets, cash flows, and reporting on factors influencing business performance & cost-reduction opportunities

• Manage 300 SME/individual accounts.
• Provide backup support to the assigned team for New Sales Entry.
• Document all necessary entries in relevant systems.
• Act as a backup for CAMs when they are on leave.

    MBA or Masters in Mathematics/Economics/Statistics
    Computer proficiency is essential
    Experience is not mandatory

MBA Finance / ACCA / ACMA with 6 to 7 years of experience Finance department of construction company preferably.

§         PhD in accounting/CA, CPA, CMA or qualification
§         At least 5 years of relevant work experience at the senior management level
§         An ideal candidate for law position should meet the following requirements:

    CA / CPA / ICMA / ACCA / MBA (Finance), having a minimum of 15-30 years work experience in senior financial roles and should have worked as a CFO or Head of Finance, for at least 3 years, in a reputable, organization.
    Proven leadership traits along with strong decision making skills.
