Qualification:
B.Sc engineering Degree from any reputable University
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintaining and trouble shooting of all kind of MHE’s like Hi-lift Reach Trucks/Fork lifters (3-5 years experience of handing MHE’s Must)
Additional Responsibilities:
Handing a variety of facility maintenance requirements
Turnovers, General Maintenance, Repairs Maintaining Fire Systems, Grounds Upkeep and overall Upkeep of Large
Properties
Perform Daily Maintenance of all common areas
Repair and Maintain Paint, Appliances, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
Initiating, Performing & Overseeing Maintenance Projects
General Supervision and Support for the Service Maintenance teams at teams at assigned properties
Give direction to Maintenance Technicians
