    To evaluate and vet contracts on behalf of the company:
    To coordinate legal activities for other departments of the company:
    To interact with the stakeholders regarding legal issues involved in the ICT sector and provide appropriate feedback to the company in this regard:
    To give legal opinions and draft comments for court cases and other legal issues of the company;
    Any other task specifically assigned by the competent authorities:
    To interact with external consultants.

Qualification: The applicant should at least have a LLB Degree.

Experience: The applicant should have a minimum of 3 year work experience in corporate law.

Workplace: National ICT R&D Fund office in Islamabad or a location determined by he Company.
