PERFORMANCE MANAGER-KARACHI BASED

    Provide leadership to manage and deliver on financial targets. Prepare internal financial updates along with updated in-year forecasts for the organization.
    Develop and implement performance indicators for performance measurement.
    Deliver finance related Joint Venture requirements in terms of forecasting, approval processes and reporting for smooth JV operations.
    Act as focal point to manage company spend as per budgets; identify spend trends and work with the teams to identify optimization opportunities.
    Ensure adequate controls are in place to manage projects and compliance with relevant IFRS accounting requirement.

Qualification & Experience
    MBA / CA with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Oil industry experience is preferred.
    Experience in Oracle Financials and related reporting tools will be an advantage.
