Job Description

• Provide support for end-to-end Billing process throughout the month.
• Effectively run tasks for Pre and Post Bills.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of customer bills.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for the successful completion of bill runs.
• Create and monitor billing performance reports and identify improvements to streamline the process chain.
• Identify and follow up Billing defects.
• Provide support for business functions and other ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure effective billing configuration testing.

Essential Skills

• Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite and SQL
• Should secure strong communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
• Should be able to work effectively individually as well as part of team

Desirable Skills

• Should be hard working and hold the desire to learn
• Should have good knowledge of IT infrastructure (Roles of the Mediation, Provisioning, Payments, RA, CRM and DWH systems)
