- Facilitate in the designing and
developing of innovative and high affect talent management programs and
process to improve the depth and diverseness of leadership pipeline.
- Provide
information to management and employees on all phases of talent
management such as talent management infrastructure development, talent
identification systems, talent development &deployment, succession
& career planning, talent pipeline, etc.
- Support in
execution of Talent processes including LDA, Personality Profiling,
designing & operationalizing assessment & development centers.
- Work
on Planning, Managing and analyzing the findings from talent assessment
processes, in addition to facilitating in the designing, development
and execution aspects of the organization wide interventions via talent
management.
- Support Staffing function in designing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Identify, recommend and build relationships with all talent acquisition channels.
- Contribute towards Mobilinks position as Employer of choice.
- Increase and build healthy talent bench strength.
- Advise line management on policies and procedures.
- Facilitate line management in effective people management.
- Identify and resolve issues and concerns affecting the employees development.
- Provide confidential and professional Talent management and engagement advice to the line management and talent pool.
- Schedule and arrange logistics for different initiatives/activities run during different phases of Talent Management.
