Responsible
for All Finance related tasks of Customer Services Division e.g.
Financial Reporting, Rolling forecast, Global Cost Benchmarking
Exercising, Project Evaluations, Financial Modeling, Accruals/Provisions
etc.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing, Measuring and Monitoring Customer services Division Performance based on Financial KPIs.
Trend, Variance and Comparative analysis of Allocated vs. Actual Spending (Opex and Capex) with commentary and recommendations
To forecast the funds requirements (Opex and Capex) of the Customer services division in coordination with user departments
To Coordinate with Finance and Customer Services for the submission of Monthly Accruals of Opex & Capex.
To evaluate Business cases for the new projects in Customer Services division.
Liaison role for customer services division for communicating the division plan with user department and with other divisions.
Responsible for Global Cost Benchmarking (A.T.Kearney project) of customer services division. This includes allocation of costs and KPIs as per definitions of A.T.Kearney
Responsible for OE initiatives of customer services division. This includes monthly saving calculation of OE initiatives and identification and financial impact calculation of New OE initiatives of Customer services division.
Coordinating with internal and external resources of the Team & Division
Knowledge Areas:
Must have strong quantitative Skills
Must be detail oriented and focused
Must be able to prepare, understand and interpret financial reports
Must be familiar with financial reporting standards
