Responsible for the end to end performance management & quality assurance of IN/VAS, Transport and IT/BSS

Responsibilities:
- Extraction of daily data for performance monitoring, analysis and reporting
- IN/VAS, Transport & IT/BSS KPI reporting on daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/annual and adhoc basis
- Maintaining the raw data extracted for various reports in a structured format
- IN/VAS and IT/BSS Network KPI/KQI performance monitoring (SMS Delivery SR, MMS Submission SR, IN BHCA, VOMS SR, CSSR, SMS SR, SMS Delivery Time, etc) through statistical tools
- Transport Network KPI performance monitoring (MW Availability, VSAT Availability, Fiber MTTR, BW utilization, Jitter, Latency) through statistical tools
- IN BHCA, VAS TPS monitoring, escalation of the nodes reaching the threshold to the concerned teams
- Monitoring of Abis/VSAT Fluctuations and escalation of cases to the concerned department
- Monitoring the IN/VAS, Transport & IT/BSS outages and impact analysis of outages/network issues
- Plan and carry out parameter test cases; benchmark them and provide feasibility for implementation
- Prepare the benchmark reports after major activities in the network
- Prepare the benchmark reports after major events e.g. Eid etc
- Identify the causes of degradation in VAS and Transport performance and escalate them to the concerned teams and follow-up till their resolution
- Periodic Audit of KPIs in the performance monitoring tool
- Validation of new KPIs created in network PM tool
