University of Engineering and Technology Taxila

Applications are invited for the appointment against the following vacant positions, on Temporary Contract Basis (under contract appointment rules-2006) from the Nationals of Pakistan, domiciled in the Province of the Punjab. The University reserves the right s to add or withdraw of any post. Age relaxation will be considered in suitable cases:-

Electrician	BS-5	1.      Secondary school Certificate or an equivalent qualification; and 2.      five years practical experience in the relevant trade; and 3.      Must pass a trade test.	18-40
Plumber	BS-5	1.      Middle Pass 2.      2 years experience in Pipefitting.	18-40
Electrician Helper	BS-2	Under Middle Pass	18-45
Plumber Helper	BS-2	Under Middle Pass	18-45

Mali	BS-1	Literate	18-45
Chowkidar	BS-1	1.      Preferably Middle Pass 2.      Ex-Service Man possessing good health	18-45
Sweeper	BS-1	Subject to the satisfaction of the appointing authority	18-45

 Applications forms are available at website: www.uettaxila.edu.pk . application on prescribes form, complete in all respect along with necessary documents, one passport size photographs and crossed postal order /draft as detailed below in favor of the Treasurer, UET Taxila must reach by 10-02-2012 up to 3:00 Pm. To R & I Cell.

Application for the post Deputy Librarian is Rs. 150/- to be deposited in the shape of challan form, postal order or bank draft.

NOTE:
    UET/Government Employees applying through proper channel will be considered for appointment on Temporary basis.
    Income applications or those received after due date shall not be considered.
    The name of the post applied for must be written on the right corner of envelope.

Incomplete applications or those received after the due date regardless of the date of dispatch shall not be considered. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview/test etc.
