Realizing its responsibilities towards the society, the company has focused on issues that are linked to the local people and communities. Under an agreement signed between the governing body of worker welfare Fund, Ministry of labour and Manpower, Government of Pakistan and Pakarab Fertilizers Limited, a welfare board by the name of “Pakarab Worker Welfare Board” was established as a Public-Private Partnership for the construction of Mukhtar A. Sheikh Memorial Welfare Hospital, Multan.
The company is looking for suitable candidates to oversee the project.
Project Director Hospital Construction
Roles & Responsibilities:
Will be required to manage the project and ensure that it is completed within the budgeted cost by maintaining the quality committed in the proposal
Ensures timely submission of correct invoices to the client and follow-up of receivables from them
Ensure issuance of purchase requisition to the procurement department that allows required time to arrange procurement, dispatch and arrival at the project site
Executes the project in the most efficient and safe manner by implementing the company’s procedures in letter and spirit
Will be required to make initial plan and do continuous revisions if necessary of the original plan to meet the project schedule
Will be required to prepare department budget and ensure that the actual expenses are within the budget and seek prior approval for any unbudgeted expenses of the management
Required Qualification: the candidate should have a B.E. (Civil or Architecture), with at least 20 to 25 years of experience preferably in hospital development projects.
Skills required: should have strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding and knowledge of legal laws related to hospital construction. Effective negotiation skills are key and should be a team player.
