The Gender Reform Action Plan (GRAP) Punjab envisages reforms at Provincial and District level gender mainstreaming focusing on women’s empowerment reducing the existing gaps to enable women to play their due role in the overall socio-economic development of society.

Minimum second class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. Preferably in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies.

Work experience of at least three years in the area of Gender / Human Rights.

Excellent inter-personal & communication skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, creativity and innovation.

Knowledge of the use of computer applications including MS-Office and Internet is essential.

Program Officer

(one each at Gujrat, Rawalpindi and Sargodha)

 

 (i)         Minimum second class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. Preferably in Sociology, Social Work, Gender Studies.

(ii)         Knowledge of Gender / Human Rights / Educational system of Pakistan.

(iii)         Excellent inter-personal & communication skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, planning and organizing, creativity and innovation.

(iv)          Proficiency in written and spoken Urdu and English, with strong drafting/ report writing skills.

Knowledge of the use of computer applications including MS-Office and Internet is essential.

Assistant

                  i. Minimum second class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Preference shall however, be given to Master’s degree holders.
ii. Having knowledge about office work.
iii. Knowledge of the use of computer application including MS-Office and internet is essential.
