Job Description

• Manage operational tasks related to Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco Contact Center Express and MIS Enterprise Data Network.
• Monitor MIS Network and meet defined Uptime for IP Telephony, UCCX and EDN.
• Follow up with technical teams for network connectivity related issues.
• Coordinate with Vendors for operational support.

Essential Skills

• Should have good written and verbal communication skills
• Should secure effective problem solving skills
• Should have an understanding of Network Security technologies and Routing Protocols
• Should have hands-on experience in configuring Cisco ASA Firewall, Router and Switch

Desirable Skills

• Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite, especially MS Project
• Should have sound knowledge of VoIP Protocols (H.323, SIP and MGCP)
