Job Description
- Manage operational tasks related to Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco Contact Center Express and MIS Enterprise Data Network.
- Monitor MIS Network and meet defined Uptime for IP Telephony, UCCX and EDN.
- Follow up with technical teams for network connectivity related issues.
- Coordinate with Vendors for operational support.
Essential Skills
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills
- Should secure effective problem solving skills
- Should have an understanding of Network Security technologies and Routing Protocols
- Should have hands-on experience in configuring Cisco ASA Firewall, Router and Switch
Desirable Skills
- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite, especially MS Project
- Should have sound knowledge of VoIP Protocols (H.323, SIP and MGCP)
