We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a business unit of Thal Engineering reporting to the Chief Executive – Thal Ltd.
Key Deliverables
Profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the business unit
Relationship management with customers
Relationship management with foreign partners
Business Growth
Product Portfolio expansion
To lift the job the candidates should be be/have
Be (Mechanical /Industrial) Preferably with an MBA.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in P&L managing
Automotive experience (preferably)
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work under sustained pressure & stretched deadlines
Tried and tested technical skills around processes and controls
Age – 35 to 45 years
