As a part of organizational development initiatives, SBP-BSC is focusing on capacity building of its engineering Department for superior management of existing infrastructure as well as to take up projects in line with the future organizational needs. In this regard, applications are invited from talented Pakistani/ AJK nationals possessing the required qualification, experience, zeal and enthusiasm to work for the national premier institution in the following positions:
Executive Engineer (Civil)
The ideal candidates should have knowledge and experience in:
Structural design of buildings/ construction management.
Project management monitoring including coordination with stakeholders.
Supervision of building projects and maintenance.
Preparation and evaluation of bidding documents including technical specification, BOQ and cost estimates.
Executive Engineer (Electrical)
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in:
Installation, operation and maintenance of all electrical equipments including escalators, generators, telecommunication, security equipments and distribution systems.
Designing and managing electrical work.
Electrical engineering applications and practices.
Managing electrical components and related cost estimates.
Preparation and evaluation of bidding documents including technical specification, BOQ and cost estimates.
Executive Engineer (Mechanical)
The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in;
Installation, operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipments including escalators, generator and HVAC,
Designing and managing of HVAC work.
Mechanical engineering applications and practices.
Managing mechanical components and related cost estimates.
Preparation and evaluation of bidding documents including technical specification, BOQ and cost estimates.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelors degree in the relevant field of engineering obtained from HEC recognized universities / institutes or reputable foreign universities with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration. Additional qualification i.e. Masters degree in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
Experience
Candidates must have minimum of eight years relevant work experience with supervisory capabilities and demonstrated/ verifiable track record of smoothly running engineering related function in dynamic and comparable public /Private sector organizations. Experience of preparing and analyzing tender / bidding documents in terms of PPRA guidelines will be an added advantage.
Competencies
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to lead in an environment of change.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD.
Age
Maximum 35 years as on the lat date of submission of applications.
Selection & Compensation Package
The short-listed candidates will be required to appear in written test/interview. The selected engineers will be placed in the cadre of OG-3 with market competitive salary package.
Place of Posting
The engineers can be posted at the Bank’s Office, Karachi or at any of its field offices across the country.
