We require Services of following staff for our local and overseas projects:
Chief Engineer Power
At least B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering. Masters degree will be given preference. Minimum of 20-25 years experience in desing, Operation and maintenance of transmission and distribution systems with minimum 5 years experience in Senior Management Position.
Structural Design Engineer
Having M.Sc degree in Structural Engineering preferably from a foreign university. He should possess minimum 10 years experience of designing flyovers, underpasses, river and canal bridges, retaining walls etc. he must be fully conversant with the latest software SAAP and Stand Pro.
Economist
Must have Masters in Economics. However Ph.D will be preferred.
The expert must have at least 15-20 years experience of economics analysis studies of projects, preparation of economic feasibilities with proven skills for coordination among multiple teams and multiple tasks.
Project Engineer
Minimum BSc. (Electrical Engineering), however, MSc in Electrical Engineering will be preferred. The expert must have 15-20 years experience of implementing projects in proven skills for coordination amongst multiple teams and multiple tasks.
Resettlement Expert
Post Graduate degree in social sciences or an equivalent discipline with 20 years specific resettlement experience of development projects monitoring and implementation. Land acquisition and resettlement plans. Familiarization with ADB/WB safeguard policies in power projects desirable
Procurement Expert
Minimum BSc (Electrical), however Masters in Electrical Engineering will e preferred. The expert should have 15-20 years experience in the field of Procurement of goods redacting to power sector projects. Experience, knowledge and application of multilateral development bank procedures is also required.
Financial Management Expert
Minimum Master Degree in Financial Management or Economics or equivalent. The expert should have 15-20 years experience in financial Management and accounting field relating infrastructure projects. Experience. Knowledge and application of multilateral development bank procedures is also required.
Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
Minimum Master Degree in Engineering / Social Sciences with 15-20 years experience in developing, and implementing monitoring and evaluation strategies and plans for large scale projects in developing countries. Experience in power sector projects will be preferred.
Capacity Building Expert
The expert must have minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. However Master degree will be preferred. The experts must have 20 years plus experience in developing capacity building programs especially in power. Sector and experience with distribution companies will be preferred.
Attractive salary commensurate with the qualification & experience will be offered.
