 2 the applications indicating complete details of the candidates, should be accompanied by the attested Photostat copies of following  documents and those as applicable to the various categories of the posts:

(i) Academic qualification certificates
(ii) Experience certificate (s) testimonials etc
(iii) domicile/permanent resident certificates


(iv)              computerized national identity card
(v)                2 copies of passport size latest photographs
(vi)              contact telephone number, email address, if any

1.      the candidates are advised to submit their applications complete

in all respects in a manner to ensure that the same must be received by the undersigned on or before 03rd February 2012 after which no application shall be entertained they are also advised to indicate on the left top of the envelop containing such applications and other documents the applied for and district of the domicile of the applicant

CONDITIONS 
(i)                 the prescribed ratio between the candidates from rural and urban areas shall be maintained
(ii)               no TA/DA shall be admissible to any candidate, either for appearing in written or  oral interview
(iii)             the general age relaxation in upper age  limit upto 15 years would be allowed to the candidates as the case may be
(iv)             The candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.
(v)               Government  of sindh reserves the right to reject any or all applications and withdraw/withhold entire  process of recruitment without assigning any reason and the candidate (s) shall have no right to lodge any claim whatsoever at any Fora  or court of law  the this regard
