Aga Khan University is managing an 85 bed hospital. The Medical Institute for children (FMIC) AND Academic Programmers of School of Nursing & Midwifery in Afghanistan. Applications are invited for the following position:
HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES
(Based in Kabul, Afghanistan)
The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for all operational and strategic activities of the Aga Khan University in Afghanistan that involve originating and leading HR practices and objectives, to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises on quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of workforce.
Candidates should preferably have a Master’ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with at least 6 years’ experience of managing Human Resources team.
An attractive salary will be offered commensurate with qualification and experience. In addition, full boarding / local transportation, medical and insurance coverage and return tickets will be provided.
