Deliverables for the Position:
    Achieve annual sales targets, volume, value and gross profit
    Prepare and update business plan for Pakistan
    Prepare and update business plan for united Arab emirates (UAE)
    Prepare value proposition for distributors and key customers
    Promote Danisco/ Genencor branded products and image

Key Responsibilities:
    Convert customer pains into measurable value criteria so that gains can be defined & quantified
    Improve efficiency of Sales process by using CCV frameworks. CRM Tools and Distribution Management.
    Partnership with key accounts as required for mills, laundry, TCFs segment
     using account plan formulate strategies (Such as products to be focused on) and actions
    Build up opportunity pipeline
    Provide rolling sales forecast information
    Provide first level technical service support and training to customers. This includes giving presentations at seminars. Etc
    Liaise with supply chain group, production and sales team to ensure proper and smooth supply to customers
    Update Competition landscape and Market intelligence (changing customer needs & new opportunities)

Requirements:
    Textile processing knowledge Degree in Textile processing
    8 years experience in Technical services/sales of Enzymes/textile auxiliaries/dyes and preferably 2-3 years experience working in processing division of textile Mill/Process House
    Aptitude for business development-challenges conventional process, openness to look for new solutions, tolerance for ambiguity, ability to develop new approaches to test solution, willingness to bring more data to develop a more sound understanding. Comfortable to ask questions (Why, What, How, Who).
    Open minded Change Opinions on the basis of new information: perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus as demands change; aptitude for conflict management
    A demonstrated track record of successful account and distributors management including negotiation skills.
    Willingness to travel
