The mission of Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) is to strengthen and support community organizations and public interest institutions of Pakistan for the benefit of poor and disadvantaged sections of society for sustainable development through a participatory approach, SPO operates nationwide through its fifteen permanent and project offices. SPO has done capacity building of more than 3000 community organizations including UN, governmental and non-governmental organizations and others. SPO offers following positions to those who believe in its mission and see their work as a commitment rather than job.
