Document Control Coordinator - Lahore

Keeping control over the documents/records generated in planning and execution of the projects, maintaining timely records so as to eliminate the possibility of lagging behind the given targets, effectively follow the company’s standards operating procedures in submissions of documents, ensures that all documents have no errors in file names, submissions, preparation of all documents and coordinating with employees to perform regular audit on documents in order to ensure that all in and out documents are properly maintained and responsible for file validation.
Education, Experience and Skills: MS in Library Sciences/MBA from a recognized university with minimum 5 years experience of maintaining, computerizing and controlling the information/documents with immense exposure of Project Coordination. Orientation towards Engineering Industry will be an added advantage.
Ability/Experience of document control activities in Engineering environment, good knowledge of MS Office and excellent writing skills, Ability to perform detail oriented work with a high degree of accuracy, plans, organizes and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule, Ability to recognize, analyze problems and resolve/implement master data and document processing issues, Flexible and have the ability to cope with many projects at a time, excellent work ethics and attitude.
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory for engineering position only. All degrees / educational qualifications should be from HEC recognized institutions. Maximum age for all positions is 45 years.
