General Manager-Credit & Enterprise Development
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the selected incumbent will be responsible for managing lending and microcredit portfolio of the organization, assess, evaluate and recommend proposals for funding, understand dynamics of grassroot community-driven development; effectively interface with multilateral and bilateral agencies and commercial and capital matters in designing and implementing sound microfinance programmes. The position also requires highly developed analytical and negotiation skills.
Candidates with Master’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or qualified Chartered Accountant (related disciplines) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in growth-oriented and value-driven organizations in credit, microfinance and risk management will be considered.
