Main Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility from the time the order is received from quotation team until the order has been shipped.
Follow up the order, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status.
Work actively with the samples together with technician and take own initiatives to find solutions together with technician.
Work actively with risk assessment on fabric and sample quality test and communicate with suppliers.
Create a good dialogue with buyers and assistants and understand their priorities and act accordingly.
Ensure effective order handover to supplier to secur3e on time delivery and best quality.
Keep track of suppliers’ production plan to ensure on time delivery.
Keep close contact with the suppliers to know status of orders at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in garments or textile (woven) especially in Denim
Good technical background with production knowledge (full production chain).
Wash knowledge, Knowledge about children safety will be an added advantage.
Structured and organized with good planning skills.
Good knowledge of suppliers’ concerning price, quality, capacity & lead-times.
Must have practical knowledge of Quality Control System in the garment manufacturing industry.
Must be dynamic, energetic, hardworking, Goal driven & should have good follow-up skills.
Able to work in team.
Excellent knowledge in written, spoken English & good computer knowledge with MS Office program.
