• Ensure 100% availability of the product and achieve monthly target of SC & JL as per given split of the company.
  • Achieve monthly target of Prepaid CDR, Post Paid Sales, and MNP Sales with keeping its rejection rate below 9%.
  • Manage implementation of MSFRDE through daily Market visit ensuring control over DO enablers.
  • Ensure visibility of the Product in the retail market through proper utilization of POS
  • Build & maintain market float of 2.3 days as per the given bench mark of the company.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate should

Hold a masters degree, preferably an MBA
Have minimum five to eight years of experience in Sales. At least two to three years in a managerial role

Be proficient in operating MS Office Suite
