Experience Required: Relevant Experience would be preferred
Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
Achieving the S&CS monthly revenue targets.
Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers .
Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Proactive, solution focused and service oriented.
Good communication ability especially listening skills.
Interactive personality with relationship building ability.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
Ability to work in challenging environment.
