THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and influential leader for the post of Chief Executive Officer.

This position is responsible for directing the company with the objective of providing maximum return on invested capital, establishing short-term and long-term objectives, plans and policies, and representing the company to its major customers, the financial community, the regulators and the public. This position reports to the Board of Directors.

The selected candidate should be a career development / investment banker and meet the following minimum qualifying criteria:

• Be a Pakistani national.
* An MBA major in Finance I Investments or a post- graduate degree in Finance or a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
• At least 10 years experience in development banking, investment banking and capital markets at a top management position in a commercial bankora DFI/NBFC.
• Proven leadership qualities, strategic vision and analytical skills.
• Should not be more than 55 years of age.
• Must be eligible to qualify 5BPs Fit and Proper Test criteria.
