The Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Business University (TAGBU) locted in Bahrain is seeking to fill the position of a Vice President for Academic Affairs. TAGBU is a private, world-class business institution which aims at developing business leaders in the Brab world who can compete in the knowledge-based economy globally.

The Vice President for Academic Affairs will report directly to the President and will be a member of the University's Senior Management Team.

Qualifications

• Applicants should possess an earned PhD Degree with at least 20 years working experience in higher education. The candidate should be carrying the title of a full professor, with a proven track record of excellence in academic and administrative in English would be essential.
• Evidence of demonstrated ability to lead and oversee the development of programs and enhance their excellence in teaching and scholarship.
• A proven record of leadership in research and an established record of scholarship publications in local and international journals.
• A record of establishing mutually beneficial links with the community and industry.
