“Hands- on” involvement in all aspects of Customer Service (CS calls. CS
helpline, Training), Manage a fast – paced cal center, Handle daily supervision
coaching of our Outbound team. Monitor, track & goals, Develop managerial/
leadership skills of team leads & department supervisors, Review reports
& department supervisors, Review reports & take appropriate action.
Must be an active participant in a “ hands-on” work environment, Ability to
multi-task, Strong written & verbal communication & organizational
skills. Must be able to type 30 words per minute, 3 -5 years call centre
Service supervisory experience preferably in a cal center environment Suit 409,
