pursuit of its excellence in Customer Services to its valued clients throughout
Pakistan
following challenging positions are available in Islamabad
for immediate appointment.
Customer Services ExecutiveHeading the customer services function; you will be
primarily responsible for streamlining the function to ensure that existing
customers are retained and serviced as per agreed service levels and coordinate
with support functions to induct new customers with predefined deliverables in
agreed timelines. Telemarketing for generating new business leads also entails
an important role for this position.
The right candidate should have 3-5 years experience of
managing the customer services fnction independently you should have excellent
interpersonal skills, be a great team-player with ability to motivate teams and
resolve issues of internal and external customers.
Management TraineesTo strengthen the current customer services and marketing
functions, young and enthusiastic individuals with 1-2 years of experience in
back-office support, call centre, telemarketing and B2B Marketing are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills right attitude for customer focused role and
good commercial sense are the pre-requisites.
Graduate level education, preferably with Business
Administration degree and good computer skills are required for above
positions.
