Major Responsibilities
* Continuously align existing HR systems to organizations directions and vision.
* Develop HR policies and procedures, keep them updated at all times, and ensure their smooth and organized implementation across the organization.
* Manager overall HR operations that include: HR planning, recruitment and selection, maintaining HR records, contract management, training and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, grievance handling/ conflict resolution and discipline Prepare, implement and report on periodic work plans in line with the objectives of this position.
* Ensure administration and procurement functions are performed effectively in compliance to related guidelines, by working closely with the procurement and Administration staff
* Interface with Government, World Bank and other and international stakeholders.
Qualifications
* At a minimum, a Masters Degree in relevant field/ management / Business Administration, from a HEC recognized institution with 12 years successful related experience including at least 3 years as a head of related department,
* Successful experience in operational and strategic aspects, comprehensive knowledge of talent management concepts, best practices of management, related legal framework pertaining to the field,
* Strong leadership, planning, organizing, team building, interpersonal prioritization, conflict resolution, communication and computer skills.
* Resilience to cope with pressures of tight deadlines and demanding schedules.
* Ability to motivate the team, build capacity of staff and effectively manage the unit and its workload.
* In case of GM-HR the applicant should have knowledge of administration and procurement functions as well. Familiarity with donor specific procurement guidelines especially World Bank shall be a distinct advantage.
* Experience in management of multilateral, bilateral and or development sector programs will be an advantage

I am an Electronics Engineer and having more then four years of working experience in working at Government sector. SInce i dont have Degree in relevant field but working experience in Gvernment organization given me confident to aply for this post as m having well managerial, management experience at different level of status.
