DEPUTY MANAGER (INSURANCE AND CLAIMS)
Master Mariner (Class 1-FG ) having command experience or an advanced diploma in insurance with ACII (UK) designation or an MBA from a recognized institution. He should be able to handle claims and get involved in loss prevention activity and underwriting support. Should have relevant background in handling all commercial environments. He is expected to minimize legal costs, take a proactive and thorough approach to claims handling, and should have good negotiating skills. Overall, the position requires excellent interpersonal skills, motivation, enthusiasm and ability to be a team player.
ASSISTANT MANAGER (INSURANCE AND CLAIMS)
Holding a Class 2 (Deck) or Class2 (Motor) Certificate with sailing experience as Chief Officer or Second Engineer on FG Ships or a BBA from a recognized institute or a Candidate with ACll credit points preferably minimum 120.
Additionally the candidates should have:
* Relevant background in handling all type of marine claims gained within a commercial environment.
* With minimum tow years experience in insurance / surveying /law firms handing marine claims / P and I or marine related fields in reputable organization.
* Good in written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literate and preferably familiar with MIS environment.
* Age not more than 55years.
The above positions carry an attractive market based Remuneration Package along with fringe benefits as per the Company’s policy. The appointment will be on contract initially for a period of tow years extendable with mutual consent.
